Sheetal's Story: "This is a modified version of the dried bombil thecha which was prepared as my family hates the smell of the dried bombil"
Accompaniments: As a starter or as an accompaniment to Daal/Rice
Features: No preservatives. No MSG. No Artificial Colours. No Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.
Ingredients: Seafood - Fishvish BOMBIL, Semolina, Red Chili powder, Salt, Green Chilies, Garlic, Oil
Storage: Keep frozen and consume within 6 days. If defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Thawing: Defrost in microwave or place container in warm water.
Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave 2-4 mins | Pan: Medium Heat for 3-4 minutes

The taste was alright although it was bit too spicy. However, the real disappointment was that after reheating the dish was not crispy as it should be. (Posted on 8/3/2017)

Interesting take on the original dish. It was addictively spicy and tasty. Would recommend trying only if you have a high tolerance for spice. We loved it.
It wasn't crispy after reheating.. but doesn't take anything away from the flavour. (Posted on 4/28/2017)
