Monalisa's Story: I was looking out for a recipe that had no coconut in its gravy and at the same time had robust flavors, One phone call to my mother and this is what I came up with.
Accompaniments: Serve hot with appams or as a side dish
Features: No preservatives. No MSG. No Artificial Colours. No Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.
Ingredients: Seafood - Fishvish CATLA , Oil, Mustard Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Fenugreek Seeds, Asafoetida, Curry leaves, Tomato, Coriander Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Tamarind, Salt
Storage: Keep frozen and consume within 6 days. If defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Thawing: Defrost in microwave or place container in warm water.
Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave 2-4 mins | Pan: Medium Heat for 3-4 minutes
