Soma's Story: "This was inspried from an Udupi Style Sambar . The preparation of spice mix is almost similar . The taste is very similar to the taste of Ghassi I have had South Indian Restaurants."
Accompaniments: Serve with Neer Dosa or any other Dosa, Appam or Iddiapam. Goes well with Steam Rice too.
Features: No preservatives. No MSG. No Artificial Colours. No Hydrogenated Vegetable Oil.
Ingredients: Seafood - Fishvish SURMAI , Oil, Cumin, Coriander, Fenugreek, Red Chilly, Coconut, Salt, Curry Leaves, Garlic, Onions
Storage: Keep frozen and consume within 6 days. If defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Thawing: Defrost in microwave or place container in warm water.
Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave 2-4 mins | Pan: Medium Heat for 3-4 minutes
