Ingredients: Fishvish Chicken Drumsticks without Skin, Cumin Seeds, Coriander Seeds, Caraway seeds, Fennel seeds, red chili powder, Smoked Paprika, Garlic powder, salt, black peppercorns, mint leaves, Ground cinnamon, Ground ginger, Ground cayenne pepper.
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days from date of packing.
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Heat the grill pan / gridle pan to about 200°C, brush grill with oil
  2. Place chicken pieces on the gridle and let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 10 minutes a side, turning after every 5 minutes.
  4. Baste the chicken with marinade and oil before turning each time
  5. Remove to serving plate, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
