Ingredients: Seafood - Fishvish SQUID RINGS, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chillies, Tomato, Red Chilli Powder, Kashmiri Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Homemade Garam Masala, Curry Leaves, Coconut Oil, Salt
Storage: Keep frozen and consume within 6 days. If defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Thawing: Defrost in microwave or place container in warm water.
Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave 2-4 mins | Pan: Medium Heat for 3-4 minutes

Although it was spicy I am going to say that this was very enjoyable with just rice. Simple to heat up. Properly thawed and it is a simple thing to just heat over the stove. (Posted on 12/13/2016)
