Ingredients: Seafood - Fishvish Mutton, Hung Curd, Kashmiri Chilli powder, Coriander powder, Cumin powder, Dried Kashmiri Chillies, Garlic, Vegetable oil, Cardamom, Bay leaves, Cloves, White Onion, Water, Salt, Coriander Leaves, Lemon Juice
Storage: Keep frozen and consume within 6 days. If defrosted, keep refrigerated and consume within 2 days.
Thawing: Defrost in microwave or place container in warm water.
Heating Instructions: Heat in microwave 2-4 mins | Pan: Medium Heat for 3-4 minutes

Excellent preparation!! Perhaps consider increasing the quantity a little. Maybe round off to 300 but add more pieces? (Posted on 12/11/2016)
