Ingredients: Fishvish Mutton Kheema, raisins, cream cheese, mayonnaise, red onion, garlic, fresh cilantro, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, ground coriander, salt, ground black pepper.
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days from date of packing.
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Heat the grill pan / gridle pan to a high heat, brush grill with oil
  2. Place skewers on the gridle and let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Grill the kababs for 4 minutes a side or until kababs have reached required doneness.
  4. Baste the kabab with oil before turning each time
  5. Remove to serving plate, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
