Accompaniments: Onion Rings and Lemon Wedges
Ingredients: Fishvish Mutton Kheema, garlic, salt, grated onion, fresh parsley, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cinnamon, ground allspice, cayenne pepper, ground ginger, ground black pepper.
Storage: Keep refrigerated for up to 2 days from date of packing.
Cooking Instructions: 
  1. Heat the grill pan / gridle pan to a high heat, brush grill with oil
  2. Place skewers on the gridle and let it cook for a few minutes.
  3. Grill the kababs for 4 minutes a side or until kababs have reached required doneness.
  4. Baste the kabab with oil before turning each time
  5. Remove to serving plate, let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
